Our Coordination Services begin three months before your wedding day, giving us time to step into the plans you've already created, get organized, meet deadlines for your vendors, and tie up any loose ends.
From reviewing your vendor contracts and confirming details to creating your timeline and communicating with your vendor team, we'll make sure everything is ready to go. When your wedding day arrives, we'll be there to manage the logistics, coordinate your vendors, and handle the unexpected so you don't have to.

You want to be involved in planning your wedding. You want to make the decisions- but you don't necessarily want to figure everything out on your own.
Beginning about six months before your wedding day, we'll step into the plans you've already started and become your partner in bringing everything together.
As your wedding approaches, our involvement increases with additional meetings, guidance, and even the day of service.
And when the big day arrives, we're there for extended wedding-day coverage — managing the vendors, timeline, setup, transitions, wedding party, and all of the little things happening behind the scenes.

We'll work alongside you to bring your vision together — This is an ideal fit for couples who want more support, more guidance, and more of their planner's time without committing to full-service planning from the very beginning.
